Yogurt and rice cakes


First full day of my healthy lifestyle restart.
Woke up around noon (i never get to sleep in), played with my cat, and made myself some yummy breakfast.
I had non-fat french vanilla greek yogurt, apple granola, chia seeds, strawberries, blueberries, and topped it with dark chocolate pieces.
Then I made a cute little bear out of rice cakes, peanut butter, banana, and blueberries! All healthy choices. I chose water to help it all go down. I don’t drink anything but water, tea and coffee anyway. I had tea last night before I went to bed, water this morning, and I plan on getting my coffee soon (:
I also am currently making a video for my YouTube channel! Today will be a good day.
